DiagramDock is free. There is no subscription, no one-off purchase and no checkout anywhere on this site, so there is nothing to refund.
Why this page exists
A refund policy for a free product looks odd, and it would be reasonable to wonder whether something is being charged for quietly. Nothing is. This page exists to say so plainly, and to set out what would happen if that changed.
If paid features ever arrive
Any paid tier would be optional additions rather than a gate placed around what currently works for free. Existing functionality would not move behind a paywall. If a purchase were ever offered, a clear refund period would be published here before anything was sold.
What you are entitled to now
Everything. All diagram types, all templates, all export formats, backup and restore. There is no trial to expire and no feature to unlock.
