Grid and snapping
Turning the grid on or off and controlling how elements align.
The grid and snapping are separate settings, toggled independently from the status bar at the bottom of the editor.
- Grid controls whether the background pattern is drawn
- Snap to grid makes elements settle onto grid intervals when moved
- The canvas background can be dots, lines or blank
Both are document settings, so they are saved with the diagram and covered by undo like any other change.
